After meeting and dating in college, life took them on separate paths, but nearly 40 years later, fate - and a little help from social media - brought them back together. Their love story came full circle as they reconnected, quickly realizing they were meant to be. They chose to say “I do” at Enchanted Hills in Springfield, Missouri, a venue filled with deep family ties and personal history. Not only is it lovingly operated by Lesda’s brother Steffan and her niece Athena, but it’s also her grandparents’ home—the closest thing to a childhood home she has. The intimate and heartfelt setting made their wedding day all the more special.
